We are pleased to offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, or weather conditions

Orders are shipped through trusted and nationally reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Remote & Non-Serviceable Locations

For PIN codes not covered by leading courier partners, orders may be dispatched through India Post / Speed Post.

In such cases, delivery may take up to:

  • 10–15 Working Days

We appreciate your patience and understanding for deliveries to remote regions.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.


Delivery Delays

Tweedle shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.


International Shipping

Currently, Tweedle is not accepting international orders.

We are working towards expanding our global delivery services in the future.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information during checkout.

Tweedle will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Unavailability of the recipient

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch attempts.
