1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or altered items
  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance events (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Clear explanation of the issue

4. Reverse Pickup

If the return request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available
  • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product

In such cases, reasonable shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timelines

  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank/payment gateway processing: 5–7 business days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Size or design availability
  • Successful quality inspection

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • A missing product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos for quick resolution.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return/exchange process.


9. Refund Exceptions

Tweedle reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Returned products are found used or damaged by the customer
  • Return conditions are not fulfilled
  • Fraudulent claims are identified
