SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Delivery:
Free shipping is available for all orders within India. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days through a nationally reputed courier service. For pin codes that are not serviced by leading courier services, the order will be shipped via Speed Post of India Post, which may take up to 15 days for delivery.

International Shipping:
At the moment, we are not accepting international orders.

Returns:
You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note, there are no returns or exchanges on SALE items. To initiate a return, kindly email us at care.tweedle@gmail.com with the reason for return before sending back the product.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Returns will be approved only after a quality check has been conducted on the returned products.

All eligible returns will be credited with a store credit coupon that can be used for online or offline purchases directly from us. Store Credit will be processed within 7 business days to your account. The full product amount (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. The coupon code is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

Customers are responsible for shipping the returnable items to our address and must bear the shipping costs of returns.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is only possible before an order has been processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it. For cancellations, please email care.tweedle@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation.
